Enrolling in the Library

Library enrollment is carried out only via the electronic form

1. Fill in the form on the Library website
2. Your account will be activated remotely within 2 business days
3. An account can also be activated in the Lending Room or in Open Access Area
4. At the earliest opportunity, code your Student Card in the Lending Room or on one of the floors of the Open Access Area
5. From that point your Student Card is also your library card
6. Enjoy access to electronic and printed resources!

If you are graduate with a bachelor degree, you don’t need to create an account again. Just contact Library via wypozyczalnia@ue.wroc.pl or librarian on duty in Lending Room or in Open Access Area (SWD).

If you are a postgraduate student and don't have a Student Card, you will be granted a Library Card (KU) that you will need to return when you graduate. You must also bring your obligation card to the Lending Library or the Open Access Area (SWD) to activate your account. You can obtain such a card from the Lifelong Learning Centre (CKU) Office.

If you are a student of one of Wrocław's listed universities, you can use our collections on the same basis as WUEB students.

If your university is not on the list, you should check the Guest enrollment policy.

From 1 July to 31 October books are lent only to Wroclaw University of Economics and Business staff and students.

Filling in and submitting the registration form is tantamount to confirmation of knowledge of the Library Regulations and acceptance of all of its provisions.
