Settlement of the termination checklist
Students of 1st and 2nd degree:
- To obtain a certificate on a termination checklist, all liabilities towards the Library must be settled.
- Termination checklist is activated at the Dean's Office of given Faculty.
- Students who no longer want to borrow books and would like to settle accounts with the Library may do so at any time by submitting a request for a commitment card by phone at 71 36 80 952
or by e-mail: wypozyczalnia@ue.wroc.pl or in person in the Library in the Lending Room or Open Access Area (SWD) 1st floor.
- Signing the termination checklist results in changing the reader account status to "Graduate", which remains active for one calendar year. A person with a "Graduate" account status can still
use the Library but can't borrow any books.
Postgraduate students:
- Only students who have returned all borrowed books and have paid all overdue payments can settle accounts with the Library.
- To stamp the termination checklist and return the Library Card issued by the Library, please visit the Lending Room or the Open Access Area (SWD) 1st floor.
- People who can't make a settlement with the Library in person should be sent the termination checklist and the Library Card by post to the address of the Library of the University of
Economics and Business in Wrocław - Lending Department, Komandorska St. 118/120 53-345 Wrocław.
- After clearing all areas of liability, the Library sent information to the Lifelong Learning Centre [CKU] of the University of Economics in Wrocław.
- Signing the termination checklist results in the closure of the library account.
Other universities students:
- To settle accounts with the Library, all liabilities towards the Library must be settled.
- Please visit the Lending Room or the Open Access Area (SWD) 1st floor to stamp the termination checklist.
- Signing the termination checklist results in the closure of the library account.
